Booking a supervision session

You can arrange a session via email or phone. During this initial contact, what you hope to gain from supervision and which pathway you’re on (if any at all).

What to expect

Supervision is offered in a warm, supportive, and non‑judgemental space. I get it - everyone has to start somewhere and learning never actually stops (even seasoned practitioners continue to grow and learn and face new challenges).

I’ve been where you are, I know how hard it can feel to seek supervision and I know how important it is to have a supervisor who provides reliability, encouragement and openness.

Supervision sessions focus on creating a friendly environment where supervisees feel safe to bring their questions, uncertainties, and reflections. This means you can start to think deeply about your work, explore clinical decision‑making, strengthen therapeutic skills, and reflect on your professional development without fear of criticism.
